As roses are delicate, perishable goods that cannot withstand a two-way journey, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride and care in our roses and do our best to ensure you receive your roses safe and sound. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your roses, or they do not arrive, please contact us at contact@envieroses.com within 24 hours of delivery or when you were supposed to receive them, and we will work with you to make things right. We want you to enjoy your beautiful roses to maximum satisfaction.
